More tea, archdderwydd?

Tiger Tales would like to have been a fly on the wall when Welsh Tory leader Nick Bourne and shadow Welsh secretary Cheryl Gillan met Presiding Officer Lord Elis-Thomas this week. As top-level talks go, the Good Lord's chin-wag with the Conservatives sounds a lot more intriguing than when a delegation of these people came to Cardiff Bay recently to discuss the Government of Wales Bill with Rhodri Morgan.
